The Tiny Tasters Club Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Kiddylicious “The Tiny Tasters Club” (the “Club”) operated via kiddylicioustinytasters.com. By applying to join or participating in the Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Kids Food Company Limited (registered in England and Wales), registered address: 2nd Floor, 45 Grosvenor Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3AW, United Kingdom (“Kiddylicious”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 or over. Mainland UK means England, Scotland and Wales.
2.2 One account per person and one account per household. Duplicate, bulk or automated registrations may be removed.
2.3 Employees of The Kids Food Company Limited, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the Club are not eligible for product sends.
3. Joining the Club
3.1 Join by completing the web form on kiddylicioustinytasters.com with accurate and current details, including a valid email address. No purchase is necessary.
3.2 We may request reasonable additional information to confirm eligibility, for example your child’s age band or your delivery postcode.
3.3 We ask you to provide allergen information at sign-up so we can manage product relevance and safety.
4. How product sends work
4.1 The Club is a marketing and insights initiative. From time to time we may send free Kiddylicious products to a select number of members.
4.2 Selection may be discretionary or random. Criteria can include child age, household composition, location, previous participation, survey completion, product relevance and availability.
4.3 Membership does not guarantee receipt of any product. There is no maximum number of product sends set per member or per household, but availability is limited and not all members will receive product.
4.4 We may send single items and multipacks. Product type and quantity will vary.
5. Delivery
5.1 Participation is free. We will cover standard delivery to mainland UK addresses only.
5.2 Delivery times vary. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we are not obliged to resend.
6. Product information, allergens and safety
6.1 Always check the packaging for ingredients, allergen information, age suitability, storage and use-by or best-before dates before use.
6.2 If you or a household member has allergies or intolerances, only consume products that are appropriate and safe for you. If in doubt, do not consume the product and contact us.
6.3 Products are not for resale and are intended for the household that received them. Follow all storage and preparation instructions.
7. Feedback, reviews and user content
7.1 We may invite you to provide feedback, reviews, photos or videos about your experience. This is optional unless stated otherwise for a specific activity.
7.2 Where you choose to submit content, you grant Kiddylicious a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt and communicate that content, including your name and image, in any media for marketing, advertising, PR, research and product development.
7.3 You confirm your content is lawful, original to you, and that you have all necessary permissions, including consent from anyone appearing in it. Do not include images of children unless you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to the uses described above.
8. Fair use and removal
8.1 We may suspend or remove a membership if we reasonably believe there is misuse, reselling of samples, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, breach of these Terms, or harm to other members or to the brand.
8.2 We may refuse or cancel a product send where we reasonably suspect multiple or duplicate accounts in a household.
9. Data protection and privacy
9.1 The Kids Food Company Limited is the data controller for the Club. We process your personal data to operate the Club, manage selections and deliveries, gather insights and send marketing communications where you consent or where permitted by law.

9.3 We may use trusted third-party service providers for data storage, email delivery, surveys and fulfilment, under appropriate contracts and safeguards.
10. Marketing communications
10.1 At sign-up you can choose to receive email and/or SMS updates about the Club and Kiddylicious products, offers and news. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
10.2 We will still send necessary service messages about your membership, deliveries or changes to these Terms.
11. Changes, suspension and termination
11.1 We may update these Terms or the Club mechanics at any time. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
11.2 We may pause, modify or end the Club or any product send where reasonably necessary, for example due to stock, logistics, legal or regulatory changes, or events beyond our control.
12. Website use
12.1 Use of kiddylicioustinytasters.com is subject to our Website Terms of Use and Cookies Policy available via kiddylicious.com. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or circumvent security.
12.2 We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
